- 30 minute tutoring lesson - $32 (no tax)
Payment policy:
- Lessons are pre-paid on a monthly basis (Ex. if you have 1 half hour lesson per week and there are 4 lessons within that month, you would pay $100 for the month)
- E-transfer to be sent to [email protected] on the 1st of each month
- Zoom links will be emailed out only when we have received your monthly payment.
- Receipts for payments made will be emailed to you.
- Any payments received after the 5th of each month will result in a 5% interest fee, calculated monthly.
- Non-payments will result in immediate cessation of lessons.
- You may cancel your lessons at any time. You must provide 2 weeks' written notice in order to cancel your lessons.
Missed lesson/Sickness policy:
- If you are not able to make your scheduled lesson, you must notify your tutor at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise you will be charged for your lesson.
- If you become ill on the day of your lesson, please notify your tutor ASAP via email and they will work with you to schedule a make-up lesson that is mutually convenient for both parties. Refunds will not be issued.
